Getting to know us
Hi 👋
We are Sarah and Jo. We are passionate about supporting people to improve their wellbeing and we have done this for over 30 years. We work in the NHS and in private practice as qualified clinical psychologists, so we have a lot of experience in this area. But, more importantly, we are human beings and have experienced the ups and downs of life and felt stressed out, tired and overwhelmed, just like you probably have.

We understand it is important to feel a connection with us in order to feel able to share and trust in our community, so we want to keep things real. We recognise the struggle that we have as working mums and the time constraints and pressure to get everything done, so we wanted to provide a space that gives accessible and evidence-based psychological support.
